The Marques bridges offered by MIST are the result of more than 50 years of work in the weighing sector. And the PCM SG Metal-concrete with concrete is no exception. Developed for above-ground installations or to be built-in, this truck scale of ours has a modular structure and other manufacturing features that allow us to offer you a practical and reduced assembly time.

The installation operations of our scale are carried out from the top of the platform. The placement of the load cells and the attack system is carried out, without fixing screws and in the factory. All wiring, including cell cables, is placed at the equipment assembly site itself. Due to the ease of fitting the modules and the minimum amount of screws required, it is thus possible to install your new scale very simply and at reduced costs, without neglecting the quality of the solution.

The PCM SG Metal-concrete with concrete has standardized mixed modules with a width of 1.16 meters, allowing you to build the weighing platform to your measure, with a length of up to 18 meters and a width of up to 3 meters. The concreting of our scale is carried out with C24/30 S2 concrete previously darkened with elements that also promote the hardening of the concrete. The bridge, with a height of 240 mm and the treadmill, 300 mm, then form a compact set of high strength and robustness.

Always ensuring, and above all, rigor, the PCM SG weighbridge can take, depending on the length of the bridge, 4, 6 or 8 load cells, of construction entirely in stainless steel or steel alloy, with a special lightning protection scheme, IP 68 protection and 2-year warranty.

Durability is, therefore, another of the strengths of this truck weighers. Available in painted and galvanized version, this truck scale has a great finish in both forms, so that it keeps the look of new for longer. In addition, carrying special features to facilitate the maintenance of the platform, the PCM SG bridge scale also has, for example, upper covers to access the load cells and simplify their cleaning.
