PCM M1500 scale-bridge for above-ground or built-in installations, it is built with metal-concrete modules without reinforced concrete, standardized with a width of 1.5 meters, allowing you to configure platforms up to 18 meters long and 3 meters wide. The modules are ready for the execution of the concreting.

The structure was sized by computer through a finite element calculation program. 245 mm bridge height and 300 mm treadmill height, forming a compact set of high strength and robustness. Its design allows simple and cost-effective installation on the ground, with access ramps or built into a ditch of only 300 mm deep.

Reduction of assembly time due to the great ease of fitting of the modules and the minimum amount of screws required.

All assembly operations are carried out through the top of the platform.

The placement of the load cells and the attack system is carried out without fixing screws. The top and central cross beams take the factory-assembled load cells. The passage of the wiring is carried out at the site of assembly of the equipment. The cross beams of the PCM M1500 bridge scales have upper covers to access the load cells and facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the Scale.

The PCM M1500 Scales can carry, depending on the length of the bridge, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 load cells of the MC-CT model, built entirely in Stainless Steel, with IP68 protection.
