Our PCM M1500e metal scale has a rigid and intelligent structure, and technical profiles specially developed for this model, which add greater stability and resistance. With the best quality plate, the new profiles of this truck weighbridge are defined with laser technology and fully produced in the most modern robotic welding section of our metalworking unit.

Modular and easy to transport and install, this is a truck scale that adapts to those that are your needs. The PCM M1500e is fully parameterizable in versions ranging from 4 to 12 load cells and allows the configuration of platforms up to 30 meters in length. With a capacity for weighing of up to 80 tons, it is a weighbridge designed to withstand the highest efforts and to rigorously withstand the most demanding situations, being prepared even to weigh mega-trucks.

MODULAR STRUCTURE

Our PCM M1500e metallic weighbridge has a modular structure that speeds up the installation process anywhere. Robust, each module of this truck scale easily fits into the other, without even the need for a large number of screws. Acquiring a PCM M1500e scale is thus ensuring a quality structure with a reduced assembly time.

LOAD CELLS

Depending on the length you need for your bridge scale, the PCM M1500e can have 4 to 12 cells. With special protection against electric discharges and a 2-year warranty, the load cells of our scale are already installed, centered and locked for transport and assembly of the truck scale on the cross beams.

SIDE GUIDES (OPTIONAL)

For greater safety of the trucks that will weigh on your weighbridge, you can choose to add some side guides. In 2'' steel tubes and in yellow to be well visible even at night, they are an option available for all Marques truck scales.

STAIRS (OPTIONAL)

Available to facilitate pedestrian access to the bridge scales installed on the ground, the stairs can be fixed on the sides of the truck scale, in the same place as the side guides. They are made entirely of metal and offer stability, safety and durability to weighing vehicles on their truck weighbridge scale.

METAL RAMPS (OPTIONAL)

The PCM M1500e scale offers you the possibility of adding metal ramps to the respective chassis. These accessories lighten the transition from the vehicle to the truck scale, making the movement safer and, above all, smoother.
