Installation on the ground or built-in, formed by standardized metal-concrete modules with a width of 1.375 meters, allowing the construction of platforms up to 30 meters long and 3.35 meters wide (including a 60 cm wide central grid).

Structure with smart profiles, was designed by computer through the finite element calculation program (EMRC-NISA II) and fully welded in a robot. Bridge height of 240 mm and a treadmill height of 300 mm, forming a compact set of high strength and robustness. Simple and cost-effective installation on the ground, with access or built-in ramps, in a ditch of only 300 mm deep.

Reduced assembly time due to the ease of fitting the modules and the minimum amount of screws required. All assembly operations are carried out through the top of the platform. The placement of the load cells and the attack system is carried out without fixing screws and at the factory. The cross beams already carry the factory-mounted load cells.

Wiring and connections made in the factory and applied in the assembly of the equipment. Upper covers to access the load cells and the mixer to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the Scale.
