The PVS model of Balanças Marques is an industrial weighing platform for ground installation that offers you everything you are looking for in equipment for your industry: efficiency, robustness and durability.

This monobloc industrial platform was computer-designed to ensure maximum resistance to all types of efforts and has a reinforced structure to withstand loads much higher than its nominal capacity.

The industrial scale PVS Model is also equipped with four load cells that have an IP68 degree of protection, that is, they are completely protected against the entry of dust and against the effects of prolonged submersion in water. Each cell rests on the ground by means of a pivoting foot, in Steel or Stainless Steel, with a kneecap system that ensures a return to the initial position counteracting all lateral efforts. The connection of the cells is carried out in a polyester mixing box reinforced with fiberglass, which complies with the IP 66 degree of protection, from which the connection cable for the display comes out.

With variable formats and dimensions, this industrial platform from Balanças Marques also has different versions in finishes and materials:

- A version of the PVS Model is built in painted steel with primary and textured finish, and with 4 cells in nickel-plated steel;

- Another version is made of matte polished AISI 304 Stainless Steel (emerized) and with 4 cells totally in stainless steel.

The industrial weighing platform PVS Model has the following technical characteristics:

- Adjustable platform height from 94 to 106 mm;

- 4 load cells with IP68 protection grade in a polyester mixing box reinforced with glass fiber and with IP66 protection grade;

- CE Approval Certificate No.º E99-00-0003;

- Equipment subject to CE Verification.
