Marques 4-Cell Platform PLP Model

The PLP model of Balanças Marques is an industrial platform suitable for weighing rolling loads, carts or pallet racks. Designed for this purpose, this scale has a reduced distance between the weighing zone and the ground, of only 55mm, and an access ramp with minimal inclination.

This industrial platform model, uninstalled on the ground, becomes very practical for the day-to-day of your business and for the assembly itself. Equipped with a ramp, the PLPevita scale the construction of a cesspool and its water drainage problems, among others.

To suit the needs of your industry, the PLP model is available in two versions:

- a painted steel version, with primary and textured, with 4 load cells in nickel-plated steel;

- another version in AISI 304 stainless steel polished matte (frosted) with 4 load cells fully in stainless steel.

This industrial platform is supported by 4 load cells with IP68 protection grade, and is therefore protected from any type of dust and long-term submersion in water. Each cell of the PLP scale is supported on the ground by means of a pivoting foot, in steel or stainless steel, with a ball joint system that ensures a return to the initial position counteracting all lateral efforts.

The connection of the cells is carried out in a polyester mixing box reinforced with fiberglass, which complies with IP66, from which I left the connection cable for the display.
